You're still able to cancel your order then. Just use our contact form to inform our support agents about your cancellation request. Enter your name, email address, order number, and set the subject as "Ask for Refund". Our support agents will then take care of your request and cancel and refund your order. If the order number is missing in your request we can't guarantee that the order gets canceled in time.

Unfortunately, it's too late to cancel your order then. The only option you got then is to refuse acceptance once the parcel gets delivered. It will then get returned automatically at no cost and once the parcel arrived in our logistic center we'll issue a full refund and cancel your star naming.
